PAC-SALUT module

Respiratory health

Record respiratory measurements and episodes.

Records respiratory measurements taken at home with personal devices, such as a pulse oximeter, a pocket spirometer or a peak flow meter, whatever the model.

Respiratory health

Values from the same reading are entered together and the device used is noted, so that progress can be compared over time.

What you can record

  • Saturation and pulseSpO2 and pulse from the pulse oximeter.
  • SpirometryFEV1/FEV6 or FEV1/FVC, with the ratio calculated.
  • Peak flowPEF and, if the device shows it, the colour zone.
  • Symptoms or flare-upsCough, breathlessness, an infection…

How it works

  1. 1

    Record

Lets you record oxygen saturation and pulse, spirometry (FEV1/FEV6 or FEV1/FVC) and peak flow, whatever the device. Values from the same reading are entered together and the ratio is calculated automatically. You can also note symptoms or flare-ups.

    Saturation and pulse entry form
    One form per reading.
  2. 2

    See your progress

Charts show each value with its own line: the best reading of each period for spirometry and the average for saturation and pulse.

    History of respiratory readings
Latest reading and history by day.
  3. 3

    Share

The report shows the summary, the latest reading and the list of readings with date, time, values, zone and device, and is exported as PDF or CSV.

Good to know

  • Note which device you used; the app remembers the last one.
  • If you do not use a measurement, you can hide it in Settings.
  • If you have difficulty breathing or low oxygen saturation, contact your healthcare team or emergency services.
