Kegel exercises
Support your pelvic floor training.
Kegel exercises are a pelvic floor rehabilitation technique used to improve bladder control and muscle function, for example during recovery after urological surgery.

Unlike other modules, the main aim is not to collect medical data but to guide active work (pelvic floor contractions and proprioceptive core exercises) and help you stay consistent.
