  • TemperatureWith the date and time of each reading.
  • Blood pressureSystolic, diastolic and pulse, in blocks of readings.

  • IncidentsDizziness, a fall or any relevant event.

How it works

  1. 1

    Record

Lets you record weight, temperature, blood pressure and blood glucose, each with its own card. Blood pressure can be taken as a block of several readings, with a sound alert between readings. You can also note incidents such as dizziness or a fall.

    Vital signs entry cards
    One card for each measurement.
  2. 2

    See your progress

Each measurement has its own chart; blood pressure shows systolic, diastolic and pulse together. If your height has been entered, the app calculates BMI from the latest weight.

    Vital signs charts
    One chart per measurement.

The report summarises each measurement by period (number of entries, latest value, average and range) and is exported as PDF or CSV with the measurements the person chooses.

Good to know

  • You can choose whether the blood pressure block discards the first reading or averages all of them.
  • Hiding a measurement you do not use does not delete its data.
  • Follow your professional’s advice on how and when to take each measurement.
