“PAC Health: health diary” is a PACientActiu app for recording and tracking health data and following its evolution in different clinical or recovery processes. The data is stored on your device and you decide whether to share it.

Data collected
The app lets users record data they enter themselves, such as daily logs, symptoms, questionnaires, observations, charts and reports.
Where it is stored
All data is stored exclusively on the user’s device.
PACientActiu does not send this data to external servers and does not need an Internet connection to enter new records.
Export and backups
Users can export or back up their data voluntarily. In that case, managing, keeping and sharing those files is the user’s responsibility.
What it is used for
The recorded data is intended to help users see their progress and, if they wish, share reports with health professionals. Each sending (PDF, printing, email or another app) is started and chosen by the person.
How to delete your data
- From within the app, by deleting the records.
- By uninstalling the app from the device.
- By deleting exported copies or backup files saved outside the app.
Because PACientActiu does not keep your data on any server, there is no copy on our side that needs to be deleted.
