Medication

Keep your medication information organised.

Helps you keep your medication list up to date: what you take now, since when, at what dose and at what time of day, separating prescription medicines from non-prescription ones (vitamins, supplements…).

Medication

It is especially useful when there are several treatments or changes to the regimen, so you can bring updated information to every appointment.

What you can record

  • TreatmentRecorded once and active until you end it.
  • Single doseFor occasional medicines or specific doses.
  • Time of dayMorning, afternoon or night.
  • Side effectsTo discuss them with your doctor.

How it works

  1. 1

    Record

Lets you keep your medication regimen in two ways: as a treatment, recorded once and active until it ends, or as a single dose. You can also note side effects.

    Treatment or single dose.
  2. 2

    See your progress

The current regimen shows active medication, with and without prescription, and the period view gathers treatments and doses for any interval. Ended treatments are kept in the history.

  3. 3

    Share

The report for your appointment shows the current regimen, changes to the regimen and the medication taken during the period, and is exported as a PDF.

Good to know

  • Ending a treatment does not delete it: it stays in the history with its dates.
  • When you choose a medicine you have used before, the app suggests the last dose.
  • Do not change or stop any medication without your doctor’s advice.
