Medication
Practical guide to keeping your medication schedule, logging doses and creating a report for your doctor.
Two ways to record
- Regimen (start → stop)
- Single dose
A regimen is recorded once when it starts and stays active until you stop it: there is no need to log it every day. A single dose is for occasional medicines (for example, an antacid or a painkiller) or for regimens where you want to log every dose.
In this guide
1Current regimen
Check your current medication
In the Regimen tab, Current regimen shows the medicines you are taking today, split into Prescription and Over the counter (vitamins, supplements…). For each one you see since when you take it, the dose and the time of day (M morning, T afternoon, N night).

Add, edit or stop
- Tap the + button to add a new regimen or a single dose.
- Tap a medicine to edit it (dose, times, dates…).
- Tap the ⏹ button to stop a regimen and enter the end date.
Stopping a regimen does not delete it: it stays in the history with its dates.
By period
By period shows the regimens that were active during a period (today, 7 days, 30 days, 1 year or one you choose) and the occasional doses in that period.
2Records
Medicine form
In Records there are three cards: Dose, Regimen (shows how many medicines are active and opens the Regimen tab) and Adverse effect.
In the form you choose the medicine (the list is built from the ones you have already used; if it is new, type its name), the dose and unit, the time of day, whether it is prescription or over the counter and, for regimens, whether tracking is ongoing or with a daily dose log.
When you choose a medicine you have used before, the app suggests the latest dose and unit.

3Reports
Report for your doctor
Choose the period and the report shows:
- Current regimen on the last day of the period.
- Regimen changes in the period: starts, dose changes and stops.
- Medication taken in the period, with dates and number of doses.
Export it as PDF to take an up-to-date medication list to your appointment.
