One initiative, several tools.
PACientActiu is an ecosystem in development that combines a working app with functional prototypes and a vision of gradually integrating different sources of health data.
Each tool has a label: Available Prototype Vision. A prototype works to some extent, but it is still in development and should not be considered an established service.
PAC-SALUT Available on Google Play
Record and follow up. An Android app with a local database, where people keep their health records, see how they evolve and prepare reports to share when they decide to.
Prototypes in development
PAC ANALYTICS Prototype
Import, relate and analyse. Explores capturing lab results from PDF files, keeping a history of values and importing data from devices such as smartwatches.
PAC-MONITOR Prototype
Measure. A hardware prototype to explore the personal capture of physiological variables, starting with ECG. It is not a validated medical device.
PAC NUTRICIÓ Prototype
Understand what we eat. A prototype to explore recording and analysing nutritional information from images. Its estimates still need to be validated.
Where we are heading Vision

- Provide a longitudinal view that helps prepare appointments better.
- Health tips: a cross-cutting educational line to help understand what is worth observing and find reliable sources.
The vision is a direction of work, not a commitment to dates or an available feature.
